Lateral Extension (Ground Floor)

Building a new room attached to your house. The most common solution.

Elevation (Adding a Floor)

Adding an extra level to your existing house.

Building Permit: When is it Required?

In Luxembourg, any modification to footprint or height requires planning permission.

Permit required:
