Multi-trade request

One request, several trades

A real project rarely involves a single trade. On most platforms, you fill in one form per trade — and start over every time.

On tack, you write everything at once, in your own words. Our system identifies each trade involved and creates a separate request for each. Just one trade? That works too — simply describe what you need.

How it works

Describe your works

In natural language, with no form and no category to pick. Write it the way you would tell a neighbour.

Each trade is separated

Our system identifies every trade involved and drafts a separate request containing only the part of your text that concerns it.

Separate, comparable quotes

Each craftsman receives only the part that concerns them — and you receive separate quotes, easy to compare trade by trade.

A concrete example

“Hello, we are renovating a house in Ettelbruck. There is a leak under the kitchen sink, the rear façade needs repainting, and we would like the first-floor windows replaced before winter.”

Plumber

Leak under sink — kitchen, house in Ettelbruck

Painter

Rear façade painting

Carpenter / Windows

First-floor window replacement, before winter

Three requests, three trades, one message. Each craftsman only receives what concerns them.

For property managers and syndics

A property manager does not run one job site — they run twelve. Roof of building A, heating of residence B, parking lighting of block C: describe the works once, each lot becomes a separate request, each quote is traceable — and the whole is presentable at the general assembly.

Contact tack about your property portfolio

Better for craftsmen too

A plumber never receives a painting request. Each craftsman is contacted only for what they do — fewer irrelevant requests, more qualified ones.

Frequently asked questions

Can I request quotes for several trades at once?

Yes. Describe all your works in a single message: tack identifies each trade involved and creates a separate quote request per trade. You then receive separate quotes, comparable trade by trade, without filling in one form per craftsman.

How does tack separate the different trades?

Our artificial-intelligence system reads your description, identifies each trade involved and drafts a separate request for each one, containing only the part of your text that concerns it. Craftsmen receive a clear, qualified request limited to their specialty.

Does each craftsman see my whole request?

No. Each craftsman receives only the part of your request that concerns their trade. A plumber sees the leak, not the façade painting. This protects your information and guarantees craftsmen relevant requests, limited to their field of expertise.

Can I make a request covering several buildings?

Yes. Separation happens by trade: state in your description which building or address each intervention concerns, and each created request carries those details. Craftsmen know exactly where and on what they are intervening.

Is the service suited to syndics and property managers?

Yes. A manager can describe several interventions at once: each lot becomes a separate request, with distinct, traceable quotes per trade. It is a real time-saver for property portfolios, and the service remains free for the requester.

Is there a limit to the number of trades in one request?

Yes: a request is split into a maximum of three trades, to guarantee craftsmen clear, qualified requests. If your project involves more than three trades, simply send a second request — it is also free.
